Mark Tung
Managing Director
Mark leads Beyond+ with a strong engineering and infrastructure background built over more than two decades in civil and structural engineering. His experience spans Singapore and London across commercial, residential, industrial, and major infrastructure projects, including extensive involvement in MRT and tunnel-related works.
His background covers structural design, site supervision, underground structures, temporary works, authority submissions, and technical coordination. At Beyond+, Mark provides the leadership and project direction that anchor the company's approach to BIM, digital delivery, and coordination-intensive project support.
Snow
Director / BIM Manager
Snow is a key senior figure at Beyond+ and leads across BIM strategy, implementation, coordination standards, and project information workflows. Her background combines more than 8 years specialising in BIM with over 7 years of building services experience, supported by specialist diplomas in BIM and VDC from BCA Academy Singapore.
She brings strong capability in BIM execution planning, ISO 19650-aligned workflows, CDE management, coordination leadership, 4D simulation, COBie-related requirements, and multi-disciplinary BIM delivery across complex project environments.

@ Penta — BIM Coordinator
Around six years of BIM drafting, modelling, and coordination experience across infrastructure and airport-related projects. Supports projects requiring strong technical structure, disciplined documentation, and coordination across multiple packages.
Nay Linn Aung
BIM Coordinator
Combines BIM coordination with site engineering experience for practical understanding of both digital modelling and on-site realities. Experience includes shop drawings, clash detection, Synchro 4D simulation, and technical coordination.
Moe Nay Chi Toe
BIM Coordinator
Supports Beyond+ across drafting, modelling, documentation, and coordination with LTA and PUB-related project experience. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, CostX, and MicroStation for 3D through 6D BIM workflows.
Hnin Nwe Phyo Kyaw
BIM Coordinator
Contributes drafting, modelling, documentation, and coordination support across infrastructure BIM environments. Experience includes 2D/3D modelling, technical drawings, 4D simulation, and project coordination using Revit, MicroStation, Navisworks, and Synchro.
