Scope Of Work

Full multi-discipline 3D BIM modelling: Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection
Coordinated services routing within underground station concourse, platform, and equipment rooms
Clash detection and resolution across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
Equipment room modelling including cooling plant, AHU rooms, electrical substations, and pump rooms
Yellow gas valve on a pipe with chipped paint, suitable for CCSM MEP BIM content.
Black corrugated drainage pipes stacked on gravel. Water utilities infrastructure.
Tunnel interface coordination — civil-to-services transition at adit and cross-passage connections
Space reservation and clearance checking for maintenance access
BIM federated model assembly (linking structural model + all MEP discipline models)
ACMV duct sizing validation and spatial compliance review
RFI coordination support and design query resolution documentation

Key Deliverables

Federated BIM model (Revit + Navisworks NWD/NWF) — all disciplines combined
Clash detection reports (Navisworks) with resolved issue log
Coordinated MEP layout drawings — floor plans by level and discipline
Equipment room BIM models with clearance zones
Services sections and clash-free elevation views
Tunnel interface BIM coordination drawings
BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance documentation
As-coordinated model handover for site construction use

Why This Matters

Clash-Free Model

All inter-discipline clashes resolved before construction, reducing costly RFIs on site.

Multi Discipline

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection modelled and coordinated in one federated model.
4D BIM construction sequencing model showing a detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D plan.
Laptop displaying a 6D BIM model, likely for operation and maintenance, with people viewing the design.

Construction Ready

Coordinated drawings and model handed over ready for contractor use — reducing design-related delays.

Singapore Compliant

Delivered in accordance with LTA BIM standards, GreenMark requirements, and SS CP83 guidelines.
